Established in Chico, CA on March 15, 1999, Chico Grappler's Officials Association is a non-profit association to provide high quality wrestling officials for high school and Jr high school wrestling programs. We train our officials through weekly meeting, reviewing videos, reading the rule book, discuss and demonstrate difficult situations, work with the CIF rules interpreter to provide consistent officiating throughout the State of California.
